United Motors is the automobile company raising his bars in the Indian markets. The bikes of United Motors available in market are Renegade Sport S and Commando. The organization majorly focuses on cruiser bikes, they have expanded their company’s platform by showcasing the Renegade Commando Classic and the Renegade Commando Mojave priced at Rs 1.89 lakh and Rs 1.80 lakh (both ex-showroom, Delhi), respectively.
The specs of both the bikes are similar, 2800cc single-cylinder engine. The classic cruiser depicts more of traditional kind of cruiser, with more of chrome and a fluent design, the mojave tends to have rough appearance with matte paint and a very less bodywork.
United Motors is has great competition like Royal Enfield who are established in the market from a long time. These cruiser-type motorcycles are priced bang in Royal Enfield territory, but boast of slightly more advanced engine technology like four-valves and liquid-cooling. These engines produced a peak power of 24.80hp at 8,500rpm and peak torque of 23Nm at 7,000rpm.
Being fairly new in the Indian market, UM has managed to keep hostile pricing thanks to its very own manufacturing plant in Kashipur, Uttarakhand.
